Returns policy

At Presidential.com, we offer you the option of returning items that is damage or wrong order. Here is our return policy:

  • If you identify damages or shortage with your order, you must contact CUSTOMER SERVICE within 48 hours receipt of product(s) in order to obtain return authorization.
  • Return authorizations are process through Pro Tour Memorabilia Customer Service.
  • All Returns are subject (15%) restocking fee. Minimum of $5.00.
  • All Unauthorized returns will be refused!
  • To qualify for a refund, ALL items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging and containers, documentation, and certification. We will not accept returns if packaging is not in its original condition - we will return such items to you. If you reject that return shipment, Pro Tour Memorabilia reserves the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold credit. All costs related to return shipping must be paid by the customer.
  • Due to shipping considerations, we are not able to accept returns on items shipped to APO/FPO addresses, or to U.S. territories. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Return an item

First, you must contact CUSTOMER SERVICE within 48 hours receipt of product(s) in order to obtain return authorization. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will refund your credit card for the purchase. We charge a 15% restocking fee per item on all returned items.

  • Which products qualify for returns?
    Due to shipping considerations, we are not able to accept returns on items shipped to APO/FPO addresses, or to U.S. territories.  To qualify for a refund, ALL items must be returned in original condition, including the original packaging, documentation, and certification. Do not mark or deface original manufacturer containers in any manner. We will not accept returns if packaging is not in its original condition. We will not accept any items that do not meet these requirements, and will return them to you.  If you reject that return shipment, Pro Tour Memorabilia reserves the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold credit.
  • Are there any restocking fees?
    There is a 15% restocking fee per item on all returns.
  • How long does it take for my account to be credited?
    Our warehouse and accounting staff work hard to process returns as quickly as possible. Processing returns can be complicated. Please allow up to 21 days after we receive the items to process your credit.
  • How long do I have to return a product?
    You have up to 5 business days after the Pro Tour Memorabilia shipping date to initiate your return. Your items must reach us within 15 business days from the shipping date. Items received after 15 days will not be accepted for return. We will ship late items back to you. Due to shipping considerations, we are not able to accept returns on items shipped to APO/FPO addresses, or to U.S. territories.
  • What if I return an item after 15 days?
    Due to the nature of our business, items returned after 15 business days are not always marketable. Therefore, we do not accept returns that reach us after 15 business days from the original shipping date.     At Pro Tour Memorabilia, we try hard to serve our customers better than anyone else. We wish we could accept all returns without any questions or limitations, but that is just not possible. Thank you for honoring these return policies, so that we can continue to bring you best products.
